My weight has been yo-yoing up and down a bit. It’s reminded me to focus more on what I’m doing and eating. Slow process, especially around the holidays, but I’m working on it more and more.

249.6 Pounds Today.

My weigh in this morning (forgot to yesterday) was 249.6 pounds. That’s some progress made alright. 2.4 pounds lost this week. I started at 252 pounds which was 3 pounds over the target for last week. I should have been at 249. So this week with far less snacking and eating out, I have gotten almost to where I should have been last week.

Wait. What? No. Right amount of good, tasty food. Yum. See you next week to see how I did.

I’m extremely pleased with that. Not the goal is to make sure I don’t yo-yo in the opposite direction next week. Today is the Christmas gathering for my wife’s father’s family. Lots of food. Good food. Tasty food.
