So, how do you think I did this week? After all, it’s been a few consecutive weeks of not hitting my goal.

Did I make it or not?

Well, I hit my goal for the week!

The weekly goal was to lose 1.5 pounds and weigh in at 250.6 pounds. I weighed in at 250.5 this morning, for an EXTRA .1 pounds of weight loss. Glad to be back on track too. I’m serious about getting my body in shape and I’m tired of feeling self-conscious about how I look. I remember being shocked several years ago at seeing how I looked from a picture of me sitting at a table with my brother and sister. I looked HUGE. I remember thinking how that wasn’t the image I had in my head.

Anyway, keeping at the 1.5 pounds per week pace, I should weigh in at 249 pounds even on December 7. Or if I go for the target weight on the weekly chart, 249.1 pounds. I’ll accept the latter since that’s the weekly pace I set for myself. I’d prefer to hit the 1.5 pound weekly goal though.
