OK. OK. I know that today’s date isn’t really February 1st. However, that’s the day I actually did the weigh-in for the week. So, what was this week’s number?

244.1 pounds!

That’s an even 2 pounds of lost weight, .5 pounds more than the goal for the week. Great progress last week.

That makes the Goal for the coming week 242.6 pounds. That’s a 1.5 pound target for this week. Not sure how well I’ll do this week. I’ve been holding off getting back on the exercise bike because it truly messed up my back. It’s still a little sore, but getting better. This is also a week for big meals, so we’ll see. Still shooting for 242.6 though. If I hit it, great. If not, I go on. I’m still making progress each week as I keep the focus on doing the little things that I know I should do, even if I don’t see immediate results. For more on that see the next post.

Next update will be Friday. Or at least it will be about Friday’s weigh-in, even if it doesn’t happen on Friday.
